▷ Preparing your presentation file

• Official Language: English
• Format: MS PowerPoint
• Slide ratio: 4:3
• Fonts: Using standard fonts which are provided by MS Office is recommended. If not, please prepare the font files along with the presentation file.
• Video: If you embedded video files in your presentation, please prepare them separately for any possible problems.
• Do not use any passwords or encryption for your presentation.
• Your presentation will be live streamed at GPVC 2021 virtual webpage and your e-mail address will be offered to the participants for more active communication.

① Poster file for Virtual Conference

• Poster Image Specification: ratio 3:4 (width:height) / Max. 1,200 (width) pixel
• File format: Image file (JPG, JPEG, PNG)
• File Size: 5Mbytes

② Poster Preparation

• Poster size should be in 90cm (width) x 150cm (height).
• All text should be large enough to read comfortably from a meter (3-4 feet)
• Please be sure to include the abstract title, author names, affiliation and country in large letters centered at the top of the poster.
• Presenters are responsible for creating, preparing and transporting posters to the conference.
