Holiday Inn Gwangju를 이용하실 참가자 분들께서는 7월 6일부터 최대 2박까지 예약이 가능하며 예약 진행 시 첨부 객실예약신청서를 작성하시어 호텔 예약과(res@higwangju.com / +82-62-610-7000)로 접수하여 주시기 바랍니다. 예약 마감은 2022년 6월 23일 18시까지이며, 예약 마감일 이후 예약 요청 시 일반가가 적용 됩니다.
